2024 Block of the month
Each month two 12 1/2 (unfinished) block patterns will be added to the links below on the Friday before guild meeting and should be completed and brought to the next month's meeting (eg: the May block patterns should be completed and brought to the June meeting; June block patterns will be posted on the website June 7th to be completed and brought to the July meeting). The quilt may be made scrappy or your choice of fabrics. Do not square up blocks until all blocks are finished.
If you need help printing the blocks, contact Barbara Olinger.
Bring your completed blocks to each month's meeting to be entered for a prize. Look for Barb and Elsie Dozier, as they will be collecting and displaying the completed blocks. The last month of quilt block patterns will be October.
In January, 2025, we will decide what the lay out pattern will be. At the March, 2025, meeting anyone who has a quilt top sewed together (a flimsy) will be entered to win a prize. At the May, 2025, meeting everyone who has quilt quilted will be entered to win the Grand Prize.
Barbara Olinger will be at the guild meetings early to offer assistance to anyone having problems making the blocks.
